浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院国家儿童健康与疾病临床医学研究中心;新昌县人民医院;
目的 探究孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童电子屏幕暴露与发育水平和社会适应能力的关联性。方法 选取2022年1—12月在浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院就诊的212例2.5~5岁ASD儿童为研究对象,由父母填写儿童的电子屏幕暴露情况和社会适应能力量表,采用Gesell量表评估ASD儿童的发育水平。结果 有62.74%(133例)的ASD儿童存在电子屏幕过度暴露,暴露电子屏幕种类最多的是电视和手机。随着电子屏幕暴露时间增加,ASD儿童的精细动作(χ~2=7.555,P<0.05)和语言(χ~2=7.963,P<0.05)发育商均随之下降;不同程度社会适应能力的ASD儿童电子屏幕暴露时间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.442,P<0.05)。结论 电子屏幕过度暴露与ASD儿童发育水平和社会适应能力存在关联,ASD儿童的电子屏幕暴露时间应适当控制。
