目的 探究孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童电子屏幕暴露与发育水平和社会适应能力的关联性。方法 选取2022年1—12月在浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院就诊的212例2.5~5岁ASD儿童为研究对象,由父母填写儿童的电子屏幕暴露情况和社会适应能力量表,采用Gesell量表评估ASD儿童的发育水平。结果 有62.74%(133例)的ASD儿童存在电子屏幕过度暴露,暴露电子屏幕种类最多的是电视和手机。随着电子屏幕暴露时间增加,ASD儿童的精细动作(χ2=7.555,P<0.05)和语言(χ2=7.963,P<0.05)发育商均随之下降;不同程度社会适应能力的ASD儿童电子屏幕暴露时间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.442,P<0.05)。结论 电子屏幕过度暴露与ASD儿童发育水平和社会适应能力存在关联,ASD儿童的电子屏幕暴露时间应适当控制。
Abstract:Objective To explore the association between electronic screen exposure and developmental level and social adaptation ability in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD). Methods A total of 212 children with ASD aged 2.5 to 5 years old were recruited from Children's Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022. The parents filled in the information table about electronic screen exposure and social adaptation ability. Gesell scale was used to assess the developmental level of each child. Results Among the children, 62.74%(133 cases) of them were overexposure to electronic screen, the most types of exposure to electronic screen were television and mobile phones. With the increase of electronic screen exposure time, the development quotients of fine motor(χ2=7.555, P<0.05) and language(χ2=7.963, P<0.05) decreased in ASD children. There were significant differences in electronic screen exposure time among ASD children with different degrees of social adaptation ability(χ2=6.442, P<0.05). Conclusion Overexposure to electronic screen is associated with the developmental level and social adaptation ability of children with ASD, and the exposure time of electronic screen should be properly controlled.
