目的 采用文献计量学方法分析孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)伴语言障碍2013—2024年的研究热点及发展趋势。方法 检索2013年1月1日—2024年9月30日发表于中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学数据库及WOS数据库中ASD伴语言障碍的相关文章。利用CiteSpace软件与Vosviewer软件对作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果 一共纳入412篇中文文献和391篇英文文献,年发文量呈现波动上升的趋势。国外发文量最高的作者为波士顿大学的Tager-flusberg,国内发文量最高的作者为泉州幼儿师范高等专科学校的连翔。国外发文量最高的机构为伦敦大学,国内发文量最高的机构为华东师范大学。关键词共现分析显示中文文献中“儿童”“康复训练”“语言训练”“针刺”为研究热点和趋势,聚类分析显示研究内容以研究人群、临床症状及干预方法为主;英文文献中“children”“comprehension”“communication”“pragmatics”等为研究热点,聚类分析显示研究内容以无语言儿童、语法及社会认知为主。结论 ASD伴语言障碍多围绕语言特征、临床干预、语言理解等方面展开研究,研究的深度和广度均有待进一步提高,未来需要多学科加强合作,围绕相关机制展开深入研究,以促进ASD伴语言障碍研究的发展。
Abstract:Objective To analyze the research hotspots and development trends of autism spectrum disorder(ASD) combined with language disorder from 2013 to 2024 using bibliometric method. Methods The relevant articles on ASD accompanied by language disorder published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), Wanfang, VIP, Chinese Biomedical Database, and WOS database from January 1st, 2013 to September 30th, 2024 were searched. Visual analysis of authors, institutions, keywords was conducted using CiteSpace software and Vosviewer software. Results A total of 412 Chinese literatures and 391 English literatures were included, and the annual number of published papers showed a fluctuating upward trend. The author with the largest number of overseas publications was Tager-flusberg from Boston University. The author with the largest number of domestic publications was LIAN Xiang from Quanzhou College of Preschool Education. The institution with the highest number of foreign published papers was the University of London. The institution with the highest number of domestic published papers was East China Normal University. Keyword co-occurrence analysis showed that in Chinese literature, "children" "rehabilitation training" "language training", and "acupuncture" were research hotspots and trends, cluster analysis showed that the research contents mainly focused on study population, clinical symptoms, and intervention methods; in English literature, "children" "comprehension" "communication" "pragmatics" were the research hotspots, cluster analysis showed that the research contents mainly focused on language-free children, grammar, and social cognition. Conclusion ASD combined with language disorder mostly focuses on language features, clinical intervention, language understanding, and other aspects. The depth and breadth of research need to be further improved. In the future, multi-disciplinary cooperation should be strengthened, and in-depth research should be carried out around related mechanisms to promote the development of ASD combined with language disorder research.
