分泌性卷曲相关蛋白在卵巢癌中的高表达及其不良预后分析

摘要:

目的 探讨分泌性卷曲相关蛋白(SFRPs)在卵巢癌中的高表达及其不良预后。方法 基于GEPIA2、UALCAN及Kaplan-Meier数据库分析,分析卵巢癌患者的SFRP表达情况及其相关的临床结局。结果 与非卵巢癌组织相比,卵巢癌组织中SFRP2 mRNA表达水平明显升高。SFRP2高表达与卵巢癌患者较低的生存率有显著相关性,同时也是低分化、晚期、高龄及接受化疗患者的独立预测变量[OS:HR=1.53(1.19~1.97),PFS:HR=1.61(1.22~2.13);OS:HR=1.37(1.10~1.73),PFS:HR=1.47(1.21~1.79);OS:HR=1.47(1.10~1.98),PFS:HR=1.47(1.16~1.86),均P<0.05]。结论 SFRP2在预测卵巢癌患者预后价值方面具有重要价值,有利于利用SFRP2进行卵巢癌的靶向治疗。

Abstract:

Objective This research sought to investigate the involvement of Secreted Frizzled-Related Proteins(SFRPs) in ovarian cancer and determine the expression pattern of these proteins, clinical significance and the relationship between SFRPs and clinicopathological functions.Methods Based on the GEPIA2 database, the UALCAN database, and Kaplan-Meier plotter, SFRP expression and clinical outcomes of women with ovarian cancer were analyzed.Results As compared with non-tumor ovarian tissues, SFRP2 mRNA expression levels were significantly higher in ovarian cancer tissues.High SFRP2 expression was substantially linked to worse survival among patients with ovarian cancer, besides being an independent predictive variable among patients with poor pathologic differentiation, advanced stage, later age, and who received chemotherapy [OS:HR=1.53(1.19-1.97),PFS:HR=1.61(1.22-2.13);OS:HR=1.37(1.1-1.73),PFS:HR=1.47(1.21-1.79);OS:HR=1.47(1.1-1.98),PFS:HR=1.47(1.16-1.86),all P<0.05].Conclusion SFRP2 in prediction of prognostic value of ovarian cancer patients, which was conducive to the potential targeted treatment of ovarian cancer with SFRP2.
